How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer 3 levels of delivery service, from Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 day service) to DPD (next week day if ordered before 2pm)

Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 day service) costs £4.95

Are my personal details safe on your website?

Completely safe, yes. Our site is secured by Norton to ensure that your details are safe. Additionally, as a responsible data processor we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and abide by the latest Data Protection legislation.

How do I return goods?

Returns Process

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return any unwanted items to us for a full refund.

How to return:

Option A: Use our Returns Portal (requires a printer)

Please visit our Returns portal to start your return. You will have the option to either use our prepaid label which is a tracked Royal Mail service for a flat fee of £5 which will be deducted from your refund. This is cheaper than going to post office for a tracked return.

Option B: Choose your own shipping method (no printer required)

Should you not have access to a printer, you are free to return your order using your own choice of shipping provider. Please send your returns back to the address below, including your order number as follows.

We recommend using a tracked service to enable us to track parcels should they be delayed or go missing in transit, and also obtain a proof of postage.
